I'm Kruti Mavani, an HR professional with 17 years of experience. Throughout my journey, I have been driven by a deep passion for building relationships, supporting individuals, and making a positive impact. Working in HR has allowed me to embrace innovation and the dynamic nature of the field, which has been truly rewarding.
One of the things I loved most about my HR job was the opportunity to advocate for both employees and the organization. It gave me a sense of fulfillment to be able to support individuals and help them navigate various challenges. However, I also faced limitations in providing the level of assistance I desired due to certain policy restrictions. This realization sparked a fire within me and inspired me to think beyond traditional HR roles.
It was during this time that the idea of becoming an entrepreneur began to take shape.
I saw the potential to create a business that could offer comprehensive and personalized solutions, empowering individuals beyond the confines of traditional HR. Witnessing the impact that mental health and well-being had on overall happiness, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people's lives.
